Aspect:
Whole, preserving the trotter. Numbered band. 8-tip star and the word "Teruel" branded on the rind. It is also presented deboned and vacuum packed.
Characteristics:
Bright red colour. Good infiltration of intramuscular fat.
Smooth delicate texture. Slightly salty taste.
Controlled and guaranteed by the "Jamon de Teruel" DO (First DO in Spain)

Prepared with selected hams from pigs from the "Virgen de la Fuente" genetic programme.

Extral Teruel Cured Loin of Pork
Prepared with meat from pigs selected for the "Jamon de Teruel" DO.
Aspect: Fibran casing. Vacuum-packed.
Characteristics: Due to its fat infiltration, juicy and delicate. Sweet taste. Guaranteed and controlled by the Food Quality "C" label awarded by the Government of Aragon.
Weight: Whole piece approximately 1.400 kilos.
Half piece approximately 0.700 kilos.
Presentation: In boxes of approximately 6-7 kilos.

Loin of Pork "Cabezada"
Prepared with "cabezada" from pigs selected for the "Jamon de Teruel" DO
Aspect: Whole piece vacuum-packed. Fibran casing.
Characteristics: Sweet taste. Due to its juicy and delicate fat infiltration.
Weight: Approximately 900 grams in weight

Characteristics: Sweet, aromatic and homogeneous taste.

Weight: Both pieces, approximately 430 grams as the casing is natural.

Manufactured with meat from pigs selected for the Teruel Ham D.O.
Aspect: White external flora. Natural tripe. Candle type.
Characteristics: Smooth and appetising flavour.
Weight:
Each piece has an approximate (because they are made using natural tripe) weight of 160 grams.
Presentation: In boxes that weigh approximately from 5 to 5.5 kilos.

Prepared with meat from pigs selected for "Jamon de Teruel" DO.

Characteristics: Meaty texture and excellent fat which, in contact with high temperatures, softens, making it more satisfactory to consume.
Weight: Between approximately 1 and 1.5 kilos, due to it being natural casing.

Cured Bacon
Prepared with bacon from pigs selected for the "Jamon de Teruel" DO.
Aspect:
Whole piece, square cut. Cube piece. Both vacuum-packed.
Characteristics: Excellent quality due to its sticky fat.
Weight: Pieces weighing approximately 2 kilos.
Presentation: From 6 to 7 kilos.
